Finished the dining to office conversion up at Spring Branch today (Mystic Shores subdivision off of 306, north of Canyon Lake).

Another job well done and completed (on my end of it). ☑️

Painter; Chad Kosub, did the tape, float, texture, prime, and painting of the walls.

He'll complete the project with some putty, caulk, primer, and paint on the doors, jamb, casement and base mouldings.

Maybe he'll take some finished pictures for us (hint)? 😉

Before and After.

My client fell going down her original steps and broke her ankle. She was in a boot cast and required to use a walker to get around. I built new steps to be used, with her walker. She is now able to turn 180* on any step, with her walker.
