The last four days we have focused on framing this new farm building out in Seguin. We are almost done with the exterior walls. We will be installing steel walls early next week.

We have been so busy that we forgot to post these pictures from our fall project!

Erik was out in East Texas for three months this fall/beginning of winter, gutting a mobile home, remodeling it, inside and out! Flooring and cabinets were installed, a barn door was designed and made, a new shower was tiled, rooms were framed and drywall was hung. The house is still undergoing changes so final photos aren’t available yet. Here’s a preview!

We are working on a project in San Antonio. Due to an issue with ground shifting, this home ended up with a crack in the floor. The crack caused the tile to come loose. The home owner has decided to have us suppress the floor crack and re-bind the tile. Next up is replacing the baseboards.
