TERMS: Consignment term is 180 days from the date of drop off by the consignor. The consignor will receive 50% of the final sale. PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTION: Just Good Stuff and the consignor will come to agreement, which we both will agree with. PICKUPS: The unsold items must be picked up by the consignor, within 7 days following the end of the consignment term. Any items not picked up after the end of the consignment term, Will become property of Just Good Stuff. MERCHANDISE: All items accepted by Just Good Stuff must be in saleable condition and not in need of repair or cleaning. CANCELLATION: Early contract cancellation will have a fee of 20% based on the original selling price of the reclaimed items. Paid at the time of removal from the showroom.
