🇺🇸 'Merica 250 PRODUCTION UPDATE 🇺🇸

The deep laser engraving is officially complete. Every star is now engraved and looking exactly how we envisioned.

Now comes the part that isn't glamorous...

🧼 Hand cleaning.
✋ Hand finishing.
🔍 Final inspection before they move on.

Shipping Update:

📦 Raw (unfinished) grip kits will begin shipping tomorrow and continue into early next week.
⚫ Black anodized and two-tone grip kits are heading to anodizing next and are expected to begin shipping in approximately 2–3 weeks.

🐴 FUTURE GRIP TESTING UPDATE

We couldn't help but notice that no matter how aggressive a grip texture gets, the 2011 community always seems to want just a little more grip.

Engineering Review

• Requirement: More kick than a 2011.

• Solution: Horse.

• Horse availability:
Kyle's mother-in-law's daughter's husband knows a guy.

• Horse acquired.

• Test procedure:

Kyle restrains Jed.
Jed firmly grips Proxy grip.
CJ encourages horse.
Observe results.

Findings:

Grip retention: Excellent.
Jed retention: Needs improvement.

🚨 GIVEAWAY UPDATE 🚨
🏆 The 'Merica 250 Grip winner will be drawn tomorrow!

We've been trying to come up with the most exciting way possible to pick the winner.

So far, we've come up with:

🤖 Juan the Robot – We spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to program Juan to pick up a ping pong ball. More time than we'd like to admit. Turns out he's really good at machining parts... not so much at giveaway drawings.

🦅 Freedom Method – We were shocked by the going rate for a bald eagle. Kyle insisted he could catch one "for free." He left Tuesday morning with a fishing net and a can-do attitude. We haven't heard from him since. If anyone spots him... or a guy losing a fight with America's national bird... let us know.

⚔️ Tournament of Champions – This one had real potential. We priced horses, picked out lances, and even discussed team colors. Then the insurance quote arrived and crushed our medieval dreams.

🚨 SHOP STATUS REPORT 🚨

We are doing our best to keep up with production before we need to cut off orders.

Our CNC machines have forgotten what "IDLE" means.

The shop fridge has officially been converted into a Monster Energy warehouse.

What started with the crew pitching tents beside their machines to save a few hours of sleep has now snowballed into Proxy Campground & RV Park.

Thanks to everyone who made this campground possible.
