It is essential to understand that kindness and niceness are not interchangeable terms, and that the latter can lead to complacency.

By cultivating kindness while maintaining clear boundaries and standards, we can set ourselves up for success.

Although the process of change can be daunting, it is a crucial step towards personal growth.
