🎆 Fourth of July celebrations are often filled with delicious foods and sweet treats, but they don't have to come at the expense of your heart health!
This holiday, make a conscious effort to include at least one heart-healthy option on your plate. Fresh fruit, whole grains, and lighter desserts can help you celebrate while still supporting your cardiovascular health.
Looking for a festive sweet treat? Try these Patriotic Tartlets by Jar of Lemons! https://www.jaroflemons.com/patriotic-tartlets/ Made with fresh berries and Greek yogurt, they're a lighter alternative to many traditional holiday desserts and are packed with ingredients that support a heart-healthy lifestyle. ❤️🍓🫐

If you believe you may have sun poisoning, move out of the sun right away, drink plenty of fluids, and use cool baths or compresses to help calm the skin. Since sun poisoning can result in serious dehydration or infection, it’s important to seek medical guidance from a local clinic or trusted resources for safe at-home care recommendations. Seek emergency medical attention immediately if you experience severe blistering, confusion, dizziness, or ongoing vomiting.
