- Vitamins and Supplements: while we always prefer the food first method, sometimes we know that’s just not possible or attainable. We offer a wide range of vitamins and supplements, including probiotics, pharmaceutical-grade CBD, digestive support, mood & sleep support, heart and blood sugar support, and more. We only carry high-quality, safe supplements.

- Personalized Nutrition & Wellness Counseling: we meet with clients one-on-one on varying levels, from basic support to intensive or long-term assistance. You can view our full nutrition services here.

- Lab Testing: In order to understand where you are, how you specifically react to diets or lifestyle, and how you need support, we frequently use lab tests. All can be done either at our location or in the comfort of your own home.

- Free Seminars and Talks: We’re committed to providing the community with education. We host regular talks inside the Natural Wellness Corner, and you can see the schedule on our Eventbrite or follow our Facebook or Instagram to get notified of upcoming talks.

- Education on social media: Looking to put some health and wellness in your newsfeed? We post nutrition information, educational short videos, and of course some with our unofficial mascot, Rascal.
