Event weights for NC Strongest are now posted!

The weights were chosen to "challenge, but not exclude". Athletes of all levels are welcomed!

The goal of bringing NC Strongest back was for all athletes to be able to again participate in a really fun competition that brought in athletes from all over North Carolina and the surrounding states.

Many top level athletes today remember competing at NC Strongest before they became national and world champions.

I hope this year, we'll make some more great memories!
