You don’t have to do everything all at once.
You just have to be a LITTLE bit better than you were the day before
And over time you’ll be a LOTTA bit better than who you were before
Don’t slow down. Don’t stop. Just keep going, one step at a time.

More movement is always the answer & Walking is an easy way to incorporate more movement throughout the day.
Don’t over complicate it. Aim for 10-20k steps a day. Keep a consistent pace. Listen to your favorite album/ audio book. & just get to steppin
