We’re proud to highlight one of our outstanding installers, Mr. Ricardo Herrera.
A U.S. Army Veteran, Mr. Herrera served in the California Army National Guard for 13 years as a wheeled vehicle mechanic-repairing just about anything with wheels and an engine. From 2010 to 2011, he deployed to Afghanistan in service of our country.
Following his military service, Mr. Herrera worked at the San Diego VA Medical Center from 2016 to 2020 as a Medical Equipment Repairer. In this role, he was responsible for repairing powered and manual mobility devices, as well as managing purchasing and vendor coordination.
Today, Mr. Herrera owns and operates Access Aid Equipment Solutions, a company dedicated to Durable Medical Equipment services-including at home TriLift installations across the San Diego and Los Angeles regions. His professionalism, technical knowledge, and dedication to the Veteran community make him an invaluable part of our extended team.
