Wow! June was a busy month. We fixed 83 Compton kitties thanks to our friends at Lange Foundation Kitty Bungalow Charm School Stray Paws Animal Haven Community Animal Medicine Project® FixNation.org Helen Sanders CatPAWS & Peyvand Silverman and Sandy Sagastume

Our colony assessment queen P r i s c i l l a 👑 really pulled it together the month of June to find and coordinate all of these kitties! Huge shoutout to Betty for keeping up with your own colonies and making it happen ✨

Of course we couldn’t do it without all of our other trapping and transporting volunteers, and the clinics who actually make these surgeries happen!

🤩 Meet our amazing team of volunteers! Featuring: Betty 🤩

Hard core independent trapper and foster, Betty lives in Compton and has been fixing cats in her neighborhood for many years. We have been working together to spay/neuter Compton cats ever since TippedEars opened in 2022.

Betty has TNR’d countless cats. Just like us, she doesn’t go home until the very last trap is full. She is also one of our Spanish interpreters. Goes without saying, she crates unsocialized cats who need extra recovery time after surgical procedures and has a constant stream of kitten and adult fosters that she nurtures back to health until they can find their forever homes.

In a word, Betty is unstoppable!!!
