10 years ago today, our Broker, Jason Hottle, closed his very first Buyer in Olde Towne East. This original post had only 20 likes and no comments. It took some time for people to know who we are and to build experience and trust in the community.
Today our hyper local, independent, non-franchise brokerage is walking so many Buyers & Sellers to the closing table and supporting the communities where we live, work, and play. Today was my first time representing a buyer at the closing table. With a terrific client, a strong lender, and a fabulous listing partner, we collectively closed this Old Town East beauty three weeks early! It's such a rewarding opportunity to help people buy and sell their homes. I LOVE MY JOB and am happy this career is off to a great start.
