The Capital City Half Marathon

We love seeing everyone’s favorite running superhero GETTING fives at the Cap City Half and GIVING them out at Grandview Yard.

Between being super, incredible and an awesome musician, Chris Glover is a constant champion for the Columbus running community and beyond.

As the founder of Safe Space Running and an M3S ambassador, Chris is always out there empowering and celebrating runners and walkers on their fitness journeys.

If you see Chris in the community or on the course, be sure to get/give him a solid high five!
