Our citrus oils are Cold Pressed from the rind, so there isn’t that acidic feeling from drinking lemon water. 

If you suffer from UTI’s definitely start by doing 2 drops of lemon first thing in the AM under your tongue, or drinking it daily in your water.

I clean with lemon 🍋 for windows, sticky things, countertops, stainless steel, etc.... it does EVERYTHING 🙌🏻

Spearmint is delish and SO REFRESHING in water 💦 I use it on my dryer balls, sweeper filter, diffuse with a citrus oil, it’s just one of my top favs!

I have gotten SO MANY questions about our deodorant and how to stop smelling when switching to an all-natural deodorant.... read on sisters 👯‍♀️

😳Are you still using anti-perspirant or traditional deodorant?😳

We sweat for a reason.

Sweating is one way our body flushes out toxins.

Sweat = GOOD.

When we use anti-perspirant, we are blocking our body's ability to release toxins, and they end up being stored near major lymph nodes and our breasts.

Anti-perspirants use an aluminum-based compound which inhibits your body's ability to release sweat - these compounds have been linked in many clinical studies to the incidence of breast cancer. Ick.

But it's not only anti-perspirants that can wreak havoc on our health; traditional deodorants can contain a whole slew of chemicals such as aluminum, paragons, formaldehyde, phtalates, etc.

Making the switch to a natural deo can be scary - let's be honest, the fear of your stink factor can be a real deterrent, and many people give up!

Also, many people experience redness, irritation or even flakiness from natural, store-bought deodorants.

By detoxing any build-up and trapped toxins in this area, you can make the switch a little smoother.

Here are 4 steps to take:

1. Wash armpits well. I mean it.. get in there and give 'em a good scrub.

2. Apply doTERRA's Mud Mask or a homemade clay mask recipe. This clay mask will help to start to draw out toxins that are trapped beneath the skin in this area.

3. Ideally, you will want to leave the mask on for 10-20 mins then rinse off. But you may want to start with less time and then work your way up. Remove immediately if you feel any discomfort. ** Please note that redness immediately following a mud mask is 100% normal!

4. Repeat daily until you start to notice less body odour, and until you stop reacting to natural deodorants. You may choose to use less frequently if skin stays red or irritated.
