Meet Janaya Saintil

Janaya M. Jackson is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S), EMDR Certified therapist, coach, and the founder of Even Me Coaching & Counseling.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Akron and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
Her passion is to help individuals courageously face issues of the heart-emotional abuse, rejection, insecurity, grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression-by providing a therapeutic, supportive, and safe environment. She believes true healing flows from vulnerability and authentic love.
There’s a side of leadership we don’t talk about enough.
The grief.
The pressure.
The exhaustion of always being the strong one.

I’m Janaya Saintil, LPCC-S, founder of Even Me Life Coaching & Counseling. I work with high-capacity women who are successful on paper but tired in their soul.
Women who:
• Carry everyone else’s emotions
• Struggle to rest without guilt
• Feel shame they can’t logically explain
• Lead well but haven’t felt whole in a long time
I’m EMDR trained and trauma-informed. I integrate faith when desired.
This is deep, structured therapy rooted in safety and real emotional repair.
I’m intentionally opening space for 15 women ready to do the deeper work.
