So much goes into producing a tv show… the script, actors, location, and crew are an important part, but let’s talk post-production. Whew! Editing is its own beast and let me just say, Terrence D Flowers knows his stuff! Here’s a raw clip he edited to show progress.
“HR Things” is a work show dramedy that touches on many topics. In this scene, Quinn (the HR lady) is teaching the new hires about their “Duty to report”. We see how Mr. Lopez feels about the subject.

Editing a TV show is a rollercoaster 🎬🎢 exciting when the vision comes together, tedious in the hours of fine-tuning every detail, and SOZ rewarding when the story finally shines. We’ve poured so much into this project, and I’m beyond proud of how it’s turning out. A million thanks to Terrence, the DP, Co-Director, and Editor. Couldn’t do this without you! 💻✨
Can’t wait to share HR Things with everyone soon… it’s been worth every late night and coffee refill. Stay tuned 👀😁

🎬 Let’s talk TEAMWORK 🏆 It takes more than a solid script and great actors to make a good show. You need amazing visuals, light, and audio. While the actors get time to change wardrobes or take a breather between scenes… the production team is ALWAYS on. We are so thankful for for his work and for going the extra mile to get those special angles!

INTRODUCING 🎥 Ej Thomas as TONY in ‘HR Things’. Tony is Environmental Services Manager at the nursing home and knows everyone AND everything there. The employees have accepted that it’s best to stay on Tony’s good side if you want your requests attended to in the same fiscal year.
Ej Thomas aka Mr. Conversation is Columbus’ own and has discovered a newfound love for acting. He has a popular radio show as well as a provocatively insightful podcast that you ought to check out!
