Spooky House Makeover

The spooky house has sat empty, unkempt and decaying since Sondra Davis passed away in 2009. In February 2013, Eric Rousculp and Lisa DuVernay, long-time residents of Worthington, purchased the house at Sherriff’s auction. They plan to rehab the property for their daughter, Emma Rousculp, who is engaged to Mike Wilson. Wilson and the Rousculp family have begun working hard to transform the property, but there is so much that needs to be done – it is hard for them to not feel as though they are in over their heads. The family hopes to reach out to the community for support. They are looking for donations in materials, equipment (chipper) or time/labor. The Rousculp family hopes that this project can help provide a new start for the property, the community and the young couple.
