The American Pie Party fights pediatric cancer with Pie-In-The-Face humor. Our Vision:
The American Pie Party, using Virtual Pie Party TAG and other promotions, generates funding and resources to financially assist families battling pediatric cancer by paying for unexpected, out-of-pocket, medically related expenses denied by insurance.

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is interested in the ways that families in Ohio are impacted by childhood cancer. The following survey will be used to help them identify needs and prioritize efforts. Taking this survey is voluntary. No identifying data will be collected, and your responses will remain anonymous. You can decline to answer any question. The survey should take less than 20 minutes. Thank you for taking time to provide this feedback.
