Columbus Symphony

The Columbus Symphony was thrilled to receive a 2026 Operating Support grant from the Greater Columbus Arts Council, part of the nearly $12 million in funding approved for Columbus arts and cultural organizations. These grants are made possible through funds that GCAC receives from the city of Columbus through the hotel/motel bed tax and the arts and culture ticket fee.

Funding from GCAC will help the Symphony continue to offer incredible performances, enriching education programs, and community engagement programming that makes great music accessible to everyone in our community. Thank you for helping us to inspire and build a strong community through music!

to when we had our own editorial, The Beat of Columbus. Published in the 60's/70's and 80's, the editorial was their way of promoting concerts and events before e-mail! It carried a lot of information like local sports team sign-ups, favorite recipes, and updates about the organization's staff.
