My schedule is changing, and I will no longer be teaching a weekly vinyasa flow on Saturday afternoons!! 🥲

I have been teaching Saturday afternoon since I first started teaching! It’ll be the first time I think in my whole life that don’t have a whole weekend off - outside of workshop, series, classes, and the ytt program!! I’m very excited, but I also don’t know what I’m gonna do with myself!! Lol!! 😅

On the plus side, I will be adding a Thursday night 7:30p Donation Based Deep Stretch class! Free to sign up - any donations are welcome! I’m super excited for these changes!! 🥲👏

My last Saturday 12:30p class will be April 25! Sign up and come be silly with me for one last Saturday!🫠
