✨ It’s back!!! ✨Each year, we turn the bakery into a woodland forest, by offering these delectable buche de Noel for holiday order. It’s made with a light as air chocolate genoise, infused with espresso soak, generously slathered with a decadent espresso infused buttercream, and coated with an elegant and rustic chocolate ganache, made from grass-grazed cream and lightly roasted almonds. If that’s not enough for ya, we then coat the “logs” with fresh ground pistachio “moss” and finish the whole deal with adorable and edible wild 🍄🍄meringue mushrooms🍄🍄! Each buche is 9” long, and they’re available in the link in profile for $55. ☄️Act fast though, as the order page will only be open until next Wednesday, the 20th! ☄️

Big news! Thanksgiving croissants drop tomorrow, and new winter Toast Bar hours, too! 8a-12p Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The croix is house made cranberry sauce, herbed croissant dough, Bowman & Landes Turkey (roasted in house), and a bit of house-made turkey gravy. It's available in limited quantities each day at toast bar, and at the and ! Come celebrate our stoke for the holidays!
