Yeah right, however, If that’s the case he should sue the hell out of MCSD and David Lewis. Due process was given to Tammy Carnley when she used the N-Word although the evidence was overwhelming, but not this guy?

We hope the CPD and DFACS gets a subpoena for the phone records for both parties.
