Celebrate the end of summer with The SOAR Foundation and The P.E.E.R. Center (Peers Enriching Each others' Recovery) as we continue to uplift those in our community who so often are spoken about but not truly enriched! There will be live music, raffles, concessions, free haircuts and free food!
