We wanted to know how your home gym and fitness routines have adapted with life in quarantine. ⁣⁣
Up first, this is Dave and thats Ally. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Their westside home gym setup works for each of their needs; rucking and rehabbing. Dave is an avid member of the Columbus rucking community and Ally uses the rower to help recover from knee surgery. But both are the world’s greatest Down Syndrome advocates for their sweet boy, Avett (also known as ).⁣⁣

1. What’s the hardest part about working out at home?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
D: Hardest part of working out at home is finding the drive to do what you used to do with a partner by yourself. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
A: We now have literally no excuses not to go to the gym. It’s available at all times of the day. Also we have to get really creative which can be fun but also it’s nice to have the variety of equipment that a typical gym provides⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. What have you learned about yourself while in quarantine?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
D: The biggest thing to me is not to stop. Don’t quit even when things get hard or challenging. I’ve learned exactly what it means to embrace the suck.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
A: As an busy introvert, I have learned that I have been filling my days with lots of “stuff” and things to do. I’ve learned to push through the anxious energy I have while quarantined at home and that doing all the things and filling all the responsibilities can disappear overnight so maybe that’s not what’s more important in life! ⁣⁣

3. First restaurant you’ll sit down at after it’s lifted?⁣⁣
