I’ve pushed through so much fear in my life. So many opportunities given to me that I took but would have been very easy to pass up. Many of them were challenges I put upon myself and some were just the smallest of feats at the time depending on my mental status.
I have a handful of life challenges that were thrust upon me. Didn’t ask for those at all but we get through them by falling on the smallest thread of positivity and leaning on people who truly love us. We tell ourselves “I can’t do this”, “I won’t make it”, “I won’t survive this”.
Try not to categorize your challenges, just drop them into your list of successes.
