September is flying by and it is already time to talk about the August 2023 Housing Report from Columbus Realtors®!

Trends continue to increase in August with the median sales price rising to $316,995 (up from $315,000 in July). The number of homes sold increased to 2,876 (up from 2,505 in July) and average days on market stayed about the same at 18 average days (July saw 17 average days).

Inventory continues to increase with more beautiful homes on the market! Central Ohio is up to 1.5 months of inventory (up from 1.3 in July) - a balanced market of buyers and sellers would still need to see five to seven months of supply.

Central Ohio continues to THRIVE! Realtor.com announced in August that Gahanna ranked number 1 among America's hottest ZIP codes!!
