This lounge proves that great design isn’t just about how a space looks—it’s about how it makes people feel. Warm, comfortable, timeless, and ready for whatever the evening brings.

Today, we’re raising a glass to the fathers, grandfathers, mentors, and father figures who showed us the value of slowing down, pulling up a chair, and enjoying the company around us.

Because some of life’s best moments happen in rooms just like this.

Most people underestimate how much a single plant can change a room. 🌿

Not because it fills an empty corner.

Because it introduces something every great interior needs: contrast.

Against soft neutrals, greenery adds movement. Against clean architectural lines, it brings an organic layer that makes a space feel lived in rather than simply styled.

That’s why we rarely consider a room finished until something living is part of the story. ✨

For this sitting area inside our newly staged model at The Fitzgerald Apartments in Bexley, we leaned into soft contrast, sculptural forms, and rich texture to create a moment that feels quiet, grounded, and elevated all at once.

The deep navy velvet chair adds depth against the lighter palette while the fluted console, layered textiles, matte black accents, and oversized neutral artwork keep the space feeling modern and intentional without losing warmth. Every piece was selected to make the room feel calm, curated, and comfortably lived in from the very first glance.

Sometimes the smallest corners end up saying the most. 🤍
