Backstory: Saw .julian outside in 2018 peeking in the window and told him he had to go in and hit a lift. We talked for a few minutes got a pic and went our ways. Fast forward 8 years, here we are at reliving the memory for the first time and the rough lift he actually had 😂

Sometimes, you have to find the wins in the losses - this is one of those times.
We've been through a lot the past few months from losing my job, having our baby, Erika had her surgery, all while I've trained for this comp.
The 525lb pull just wasn't meant to be this weekend.
This pull however, 500lbs, for the 4th time in 2 months. That's progress, and now I'm ready to attack like never before. 💪🦁
