High risk of rip currents is expected along the lakeshore in Lucas, Ottawa, Erie, Lorain and Cuyahoga Counties from late tonight through Saturday evening. Wind and wave action will create dangerous currents. Do not enter the water. Currents can pull swimmers away through sand bars and around structures extending into the lake.
