Hello all! I have realized that there was a misprint for the next meditation. The image and the original plan was for today, the 14th. However I realized today that the event posted the event for 21st.

I apologize for any confusion. We will keep the 21st date as listed. If that was what some of you were already planning: nothing to see here! Carry On! Lol. 😊 We will get back to our usual Sunday schedule soon.

In the spirit of community, comfort, and nurturing, I am holding a free meditation session this coming Sunday. I will be live streaming at 6pm EDT, which means you can get all the cozies and relaxation while wearing your pajamas! As always, this will be a gentle practice, so no experience necessary. At the very least, you’ll get the most restful sleep you’ve had all week. 💖
