Today, we recognize that the Fourth of July holds many different meanings.

At Zen Yoga, we pause to honor the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded this land since time immemorial, and to move through today with reflection, gratitude, and compassion.

We also hold deep gratitude for our own journey.

We opened our doors on with a full schedule July 15, 2019 in Grandview, just before COVID, with a big dream… and honestly, never could have imagined what the next few years would bring—or that we would still be here, held up by this incredible community.

As we continue celebrating this month, we’re also honoring 7 years of Zen Yoga.

🎉 August 1: Join us after class for our 7th birthday celebration with light refreshments, giveaways, and community connection.

Today, we celebrate these incredible yoga teacher trainees who have officially graduated.

Watching each of you grow through this journey has been such a gift. Your dedication, openness, strength, and love for the practice have inspired us every step of the way. You showed up with commitment, courage, and heart, and we could not be more proud of the teachers you are becoming.
