REALM is co-leading with Mickelson Studio the visioning process for the City of Marysville, helping shape a long-term framework that supports thoughtful growth, vibrant public spaces, and a strong sense of place.

This week, we joined City Council, Planning Commission members, and community residents for an open house to share progress on the Vision Plan.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this important step toward Marysville’s future.

Last week, we supported Pizzuti Solutions and the City of Powell in the first Downtown Village Green Master Plan community open house, engaging with Powell residents and business owners to discuss the future of this central civic space.

The goal of this initial discovery phase is to determine both the challenges and opportunities that downtown Powell can leverage to create a more thriving and economically sustainable community asset.

In the coming months, our team will develop preliminary visionary concepts based on community feedback. Continued participation will be essential as the plan evolves toward implementation.
