Empowering women is the heart of the YES! Columbus mission and Dress for Success Columbus mission, but we hear that phrase so often that we can lose sight of the purpose behind it. What does empowering women mean to *you* ?

“Though significant strides have been made towards gender equity, imposter syndrome remains a formidable barrier for many women in fully embracing their equality within the professional sphere. Empowering women involves recognizing and celebrating their capabilities, instilling a sense of confidence, and providing the tools to authentically and boldly navigate all facets of life."
