As we step back into our “every-day roles” we’re fondly looking back at a weekend filled with learnings, insights, and community.

We hope you took away bits and pieces from each of those - but especially community. The goal of MWUX is to build and foster the UX community - we hope you made a few new connections and friendships while in Grand Rapids & we look forward to nurturing those - and creating new ones - in Columbus next year.

See you at MWUX 2020.

In 2010, the founders of Midwest UX set forth the vision and core values for a conference – many of their inspirations were born out of personal experiences with the good (and bad) found in experiences at local, regional, and national conferences.

They wanted to create a community rich in relationships and creativity with an authentic, cross-discipline, and grassroots feel. And they wanted it to be affordable and approachable designers, thought leaders, tinkerers, and professionals.

The inaugural event took place in downtown Columbus, Ohio, and since that event, Midwest UX has filled with compelling talks, innovative discussions, and engaging conversations – on-stage and off-stage. Through it all, MWUX continues to attract the most spectacular attendees, presenters, and sponsors.

We are excited to announce the Host City for the 2020 MWUX Conference is COLUMBUS, OHIO.

Information and tickets will start to populate onto the website at midwestux.com in the coming weeks.

The entire MWUX19 team welcomes the COLUMBUS team and is excited to see the 2020 event that brings us back to our roots while at the same time continues to push us forward.
