Daycare providers know that picky eating is completely normal—but it can make meal planning difficult.

Over the years I’ve learned that kids usually do best with simple foods that feel familiar.

Things like quesadillas, pasta, grilled sandwiches, and simple homemade meals often work much better than complicated recipes.
