BBI Logistics new offices at Astor Park - situated on four floors with stunning views of Crew Stadium, downtown and the Scioto River. We worked with BBI Real Estate to execute this project.

Next up - Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club. Sometimes good design is quiet and not an obvious intervention. Not seeing where the renovation project start and stops is the point. Mode helped RFHCC re-invent the functioning and flow the clubhouse, make the clubhouse accessible, replace the pool and remodel / expand their informal club space.

It’s been a minute since we have posted what we have been working on this past year - look for new content the next few weeks to end the year. First up - and their new location in Westerville. With the weather getting cooler this simply the best ramen place in town. If you have not been you need to try this restaurant now!
