Haugland Learning Center Outreach Program

HLC Outreach is a Home-Based Educational Service Program that serves individuals diagnosed with special needs in their homes throughout the entire state of Ohio. Haugland Learning Center has provided autism services to individuals and families since 2004. We currently serve the educational and behavioral needs of over 350 children and young adults with Autism, Asperger syndrome, and other developmental disabilities in the state of Ohio.
