Our Helpers was founded in 2012 by a refugee mother of 4 and social worker who wanted to help immigrant families get connected to resources in there community and to provide volunteer help and case management. The generosity of this community never sits on a shelf—it moves.

Every donation entrusted to Our Helpers finds its way back into the hands of neighbors who need it most. We have never viewed ourselves as owners of the resources, opportunities, or kindness that pass through our doors. We see ourselves as stewards of good.

A Helper understands that generosity is meant to flow. We are simply conduits, connecting compassion with need, hope with hardship, and neighbors with neighbors.

Because of you, families receive food, children have what they need to thrive, and individuals are reminded that they belong to a community that sees them, values them, and stands beside them.

Thank you for trusting us to steward your generosity with integrity. Together, we prove every day that kindness grows when it is shared.

Be a Helper. Help good keep moving.

Thank you to Mayor Andrew J. Ginther for taking time out to hear more about how Helpers all over Central Ohio are making sure that our immigrant and refugee neighbors’ needs are not muted. We appreciate the mayor’s attention and for helping us to pack boxes of food and household supplies.
