Welcome our newest Airway Assistant, Samantha! She joins us with several years of experience in orthodontics. Samantha has been married to her best friend for 14 years and they have been blessed with 2 beautiful boys. She loves to spend her time leading worship at church and cheering for her kids at their sports events. Most importantly, Samantha believes her greatest mission in life is to show love and compassion to all she encounters!

Help us welcome our wonderful hygienist, Lacie! Lacie brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field and has a true passion for patient care. She began her career as a dental assistant and has spent the last 18 years as a dedicated hygienist. Lacie is married to her husband Joseph and has two wonderful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is actively involved in her church. Lacie is committed to providing gentle, thorough care and loves connecting with her patients!

All week long we have shown love and gratitude for our Tooth Fairy Hygienists. Working at Whole Tree is a calling. Every day we strive to take our patients to a healthy place. Guided Biofilm Therapy is just one of the tools that allow us to do that. Our team is GBT certified, and we are proud to be one of the only offices in Columbus offering this service.

Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is a modern, systematic approach to managing dental biofilm – the sticky, bacteria-laden film that forms on the teeth and gums – in a professional dental setting. It uses advanced technologies like AIRFLOW, PERIOFLOW, and PIEZON to remove biofilm, stains, and calculus (tartar) in a way that is minimally invasive, comfortable and tailored to individual patient needs. Unlike traditional cleaning that rely heavily on scraping with manual or ultrasonic tools, GBT prioritizes gentle, effective biofilm removal while preserving tooth structure and enhancing patient experience.

It has been a busy day at Whole Tree but we do not want to miss the opportunity to celebrate our newest hygienist, Ilia. She has almost 30 years in the dental field and recently moved to the area with her husband. Ilia has 5 children and she enjoys teaching fitness classes, gardening, home decorating and spending time with her family and friends. Ilia is passionate about educating her patients and is GBT certified.

Today we celebrate our amazing hygienist, Cindy! Cindy has been providing quality service to Whole Tree patients for three years. She is married to her wonderful husband Lee, and has one daughter, two bonus children and two grandchildren. Cindy enjoys traveling, the beach and fishing. She has a passion for dentistry and LOVES the patients at Whole Tree! Cindy is GBT certified.
