I’m here, but not back to cookies. So many lovely (and a fair share of 😬🤨🤯) things have happened since I last posted. I have had a baby (our 4th), been a homeschool teacher (PTL that’s over), sold our house and bought a farm (I’m still local!), downsized within an inch of my sanity, started our kids in new schools (I have a middle schooler 🤦🏼‍♀️), started building a new house, and tried to keep our heads up amidst all of the stuff happening in the world.

If I’m honest, today has been one of the first times I’ve looked at cookies and even considered getting back into it. Our new (temporary) living situation doesn’t allow for much cookie making, but that won’t be forever. I’ve already picked out the biggest oven you can have in a house and planned cabinets specifically for my cookie cutters. Heck I even have a long term plan to build out a cookie studio in our barn.

All that is to say that I am thankful for this time for myself and my family. I’m grateful for all of the interest folks have shown in my cookies and know that when I do make a comeback it will be when I can pour myself into the creative process without sacrificing my work as Mama.

I am continually inspired by the work I see coming from the cookie community. I cannot wait to jump back in! Take care and be of good cheer. 💗💗💗

Hi guys! I have been in and out for the past few months because I’m working on something special! We’re expecting baby #4! The whole 1st trimester thing doesn’t get easier, but I’m mostly out of the fog and beyond excited to welcome this little one late this summer.

I have made the decision to stop taking custom orders for the foreseeable future. I am excited to spend the last few months before her arrival nesting and enjoying life. I will fill any orders on my calendar. I have plans to offer Easter and Teacher Appreciation specials.

At this time I’m not entirely sure when I’ll return to custom cookies. You have all been such a lovely part of my life for nearly three years now and it has been an honor to be a sweet part of yours.

I know that absence makes the heart grow fonder and I trust that I will be itching to get creative again once family life settles into a routine. So this isn’t forever, but for this season.

Wedding Vibes // A wedding set for a lovely couple. This set pushed me outside of my norm and it was a real treat!

Winter ONEderland // ❄️❄️❄️ Is it time for these kids to go back to school yet?!? I love the time with my babies, but if I have to break up one more fight over Bakugan/Pokémon/the last Capri Sun I’m going to lose it! For now I’ll microwave my coffee a couple of more times and sit in the closet when things get rough 😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤪
