This article is about some forms of treatment for Fibromyalgia, and they are gaining more attention. As of now, my treatment consists of massage, chiropractic care, light exercise, diet, and supplements including Vitamin D. I am learning more about Tai Chi and Acupuncture treatments that if combined, might be an effective treatment. I have noticed that one treatment alone did not work for me. A person could take a multiple treatment option for healing. May 12th is National Fibromyalgia Day, more information to follow! Thank you Alexis Green for sharing this information, TOGETHER WE CAN BEAT FIBROMYALGIA!

This is a great article to explain BTP(Break thru Pain) in cancer patients, however, BTP is rising among non-cancerous patients people who suffer from ; Osteoarthritis Shingles, RA(Rheumatoid Arthritis),and Fibromyalgia. There are multiple times thru the day when BTP will strike while I am in the midst of walking, dressing, or just getting up that ultimately halts my progress. Learn what treatments works for you, if you struggle with medicines, try alternative therapies. My therapies are a combination of massage therapy, chiropractic, and nutrition that work together to provide some relief. During my daily flares I use peppermint for my nausea, warm showers for pain , try to lay down, in the end I simply wait it out (If I went to the hospital for my flares, I would be a live-in patient and my Doctor would never see me again) Acupuncture is soon to be added. I will keep you all posted, as I am petrified of needles
