While Black History Month is coming to an end, Black history is not. Here, Black history, Black unity, Black expression, Black laughter, Black love, and Black joy are celebrated every day. Our founder and CEO is a true example of making her own table and providing an environment for new and seasoned professionals alike to embrace their superpowers. With that goal in mind, Kim has created a space where PMM can do the same. Creating meaningful initiatives that allow minority communities to establish and build their own tables is truly powerful! We will continue to focus on this goal and develop innovative and engaging ways to do so.

to our “pop up” experience with & ! PMM had the opportunity to discover and gain rich, actionable insights for the “natural and textured” consumer market to better serve her needs. By way of a custom and unique “sharing” platform, we created experiences that allowed the everyday consumer the opportunity to let down her hair and genuinely share her hair care needs, wants, and challenges.
