Lets face it. No matter what we do in life we’ve got to prepare in some way whether that’s stretching before a sports game, stretching your hands before a long writing session, or even studying before a big test. Surprisingly if you are a big competitive gamer a lot of these techniques also apply if you want to win and be the best. Here are a few helpful tips to help you get your video game on. 🎮

☕️Sit up straight and align your neck

☕️Change your light dark settings to see better

☕️Turn off the music and turn up the sound effects

☕️Get help by watching the pros play

☕️Play better players

☕️Consider your mental state before playing

☕️Do stretches like you are about to be in an Olympics game (it will only do you good)

If you are a painter it can feel exhausting sometimes to quickly create your work for the world to see. Here are five tips to help you get on track to painting something great and doing it quickly.
☕️Set a time limit and make a list of what you are completing that day
☕️Get rid of worrying about working in layers. (Just paint if you are able to do so)
☕️Don’t think about your brushes too much (pick the ones that work for you)
☕️Think about how you want to visually impact the person looking at your painting
☕️Set up your environment so that you can focus on your painting alone
