We’d like to share that Arianny Damian will be closing her chapter with Thompson Restoration Associates.

During her time at Thompson, Arianny played a meaningful role in our growth and momentum. Her energy, creativity, and authenticity helped elevate our brand and expand how we show up across the community and the industry. Much of the visibility and traction we benefit from today reflects the passion she brought to her work.

Arianny’s impact can be seen through the evolution of signature initiatives such as our annual golf outing, increased visibility through speaking engagements and industry panels, and consistent representation of Thompson across more than eight nonprofit and professional boards. Through this work, she helped position Thompson as a forward-thinking organization deeply invested in long-term relationships and community leadership.

While we are saddened to see her go, we are proud of the path she’s choosing and grateful for everything she has contributed. Arianny is stepping away from the restoration industry entirely to pursue a new and distinctly creative direction, and we know she will bring the same excellence and intention to whatever comes next.

The connections she helped build — rooted in trust, presence, and purpose — are ones we are committed to carrying forward as part of our mission of Rebuilding Property and Restoring Lives.

Looking for your future talent? This year, we’re also teaming up with Columbus State Community College to welcome students looking for internships from local skilled programs to the course, offering real-time mentorship and exposure to leaders like you. Cheers to teeing off with a purpose.

The “Strongest Name in Restoration” gets the 3PEAT! Congratulations Arianny and Xander on another W at the CAI annual Trade Fair!

At this year’s show, the biggest event of the year for Central Ohio Chapter CAI TRA once again brought home Best Booth honors! This marks our third consecutive win, and we’re proud to have stood out in a crowd that included eight other restorers.

This year’s event theme was Vintage Circus, and we brought our own twist to the tent with “The Strongest Name in Restoration” Booth. We towed in a 14-foot High Striker, with levels labeled mold, flood, and fire to “test our client’s strength” against disasters, and the opportunity to win a bottle of our signature “Restoration Rye”. We included flash tattoos — a cheeky way to “leave our mark”, and Arianny curated the energy of the evening as the Cirus of Connections’ RingMaster once again.

We are able to flex our strength because of our skilled techs and carpenters, who are the real heroes behind our name. Their work is what allows us to confidently show up at events like this with pride, energy, and a creative spark that keeps raising the bar.
