Rest is a vital part of our well-being. It allows us to recharge, renew our minds, and gather strength for the journey ahead of us. To deny our need for it, can lead to detrimental consequences for ourselves and the ones we love.

A wise person told me, that rest is equivalent to trusting God. It reminds us that we aren’t the one solely responsible for any of our accomplishments or achievements. It’s important to work hard. But Im learning to trust God with the results, and leave every outcome in his hands. He truly knows what’s best for us in every season.

With that being said, I’ve been resting. But I’ve been working too. God is up to something.
