💜International Overdose Awareness Day - A day of remembrance and a day of hope. This week in the h.a.r.t. Program, this is exactly how we honored this day. The participants painted rocks with messages of hope and recovery, sobriety dates, or even names of loved ones that passed away. They also wrote goodbye letters or letters of closure. It was an emotional but beautiful day. I was also able to attend an event at the St. Stephens Community House that had so many incredible providers and resources to help those struggling with addiction and mental illness.💜
