204th Engineer Detachment

This past weekend members of the the 16th ENG BDE Survey and Design team and the 204th ENG DET participated in the inaugural “Tango Stakes”. All stepped off Saturday morning with a 3.5 mile ruck march then continuing on to the land navigation course completing 7 stations with 12 Tango specific task.
We would like to congratulate SPC Carpenter and SPC Hogan on winning the event with an overall time of just over 5 hours!!

Soldier Spotlight: We would like to congratulate SFC Brown (pictured) and SSG Rapp on graduating ALC and SLC respectfully.
SFC Brown received the Sapper Spirit award and SSG Rapp graduated second in his class. Please help us congratulate these two outstanding NCO’s on their great accomplishments.

SFC Brown is back home from the Middle East! He volunteered to stay a little longer than the rest of us to finish some business. We’re happy to have him back and we appreciate him always going way above and beyond the minimum standard. Join us in welcoming him back!
