June 2024 Housing Report for Central Ohio is out. Highlights include:

• Inventory continues to go up! 3,905 homes for sale in June 2024, which is approx 1,000 more than June 2023
• Central Ohio's average sales price is now $334,900, an all time high for our region and a 3.9% increase from last June

Sellers should expect their home to sit a bit longer before going into contract (days on market average is now 22) as buyers have more to choose from and have more negotiating power (percent of original list price received is at 99.5%, down from 101.2% last June). It's still a strong seller's market though; that trend isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
