We loved hosting the talented young chefs from Young Chefs Academy of Gahanna at FYR Short North! Young Chefs Academy empowers kids with confidence, life skills, and a love for cooking. This amazing group jumped in, recreated Chef Zach's Wood Oven Crab Cake, and proudly served their moms for Mother’s Day.🦀✨

The evening didn’t stop there… our young chefs wrapped up with an exclusive behind-the-scenes kitchen tour, including a look into our dry-aging program and getting a true taste of the action that takes place at FYR Short North.

Our spring menu brings together fresh ingredients and bold flavors. New dishes include Embered Rhubarb & Strawberry, Burrata & Peas, Wood‑Fired Clams, Pasta Caramelle, and Hearth Garden risotto with charred baby vegetables and garden herbs. The American Wagyu Ribeye anchors the menu with deep, flame‑driven flavor.

An unforgettable tableside experience that’s as much about the moment as the meal.🔥 Our 45‑day aged Tomahawk Dinner is carved tableside and served with bone marrow whipped potatoes, roasted mushrooms, and rich veal jus - crafted for sharing.🥩

Available starting April 6, join us for a three‑course Dinner for Two for $75, available every Monday – Wednesday.
