As we near the end of August, we grow closer to saying farewell to Chapman’s Eat Market. Our official closing date is next Saturday, August 23.

We are so grateful for all of the love and support shown for our team for the past 5 years, and can’t wait to see you all for our remaining few dinner services.

Over the next week we’ll be sharing some of our favorite memories from our time at Chapman’s, and we encourage you to do the same! Come by for a walk-in for our last few dinners and tag us in your favorite moments — we can’t wait to see you.

Our story isn’t over yet ❤️

Our passion lies in serving you and welcoming guests into our home with new and exciting experiences. And we’ll continue to do just that until our last service in late August!

Until then, we ask that you share your favorite memories and meals at Chapman’s Eat Market with us, as you all have already begun doing. It’s brought a big smile to our faces hearing about your date nights, gatherings with friends and celebratory meals big and small.

The final day of service will be announced in August. We’ll remain open for regular service hours, seven days a week through July 12. After that, the restaurant will be open Tuesday-Saturday. We’ll see you soon!

After five wonderful years at our home in German Village, Chapman’s Eat Market will close our doors at the end of August.

As we near our 5th birthday and the end of our lease, we were faced with the difficult decision on whether or not to continue what we’ve started at Chapman’s. Inevitably, we chose to finish our story on a high note, celebrating all that we have accomplished and created over the years and within these walls, including the team that we’ve built and the memories we made.

Our final day of service will be announced in August. For now, we hope each and every one of you will join us for a final meal before we say goodbye—whether it’s your last general tsos cauliflower, khao soi or maple budino, we look forward to serving and celebrating with you!
